3. Only Deposit Amount and Valid Turnover accumulated in the Main Wallet and Bonus Wallet will be counted toward VIP qualification, VIP tier upgrades, and eligible VIP bonus claims.

4. Members may check their current VIP status at any time via the Profile section in their LB9 account.

5. Once a member successfully meets the required VIP tier criteria, the VIP upgrade option will become available. Members must then manually trigger the upgrade via the Profile > Rewards > VIP page to activate the new VIP level.

6. VIP Upgrade Bonuses are available as a one-time reward upon successful qualification and activation of the corresponding VIP tier, subject to eligibility verification.

11. VIP benefits, rebates, gifts, bonuses, and privileges are only available after the member has successfully qualified for the relevant VIP tier and completed any applicable claim or activation steps.
