Affiliate commissions are calculated using this formula:
Commission = (Total Gross Revenue − Bonuses − Transaction Fees − Royalty Fees) × Commission Rate (%)
Noted: If the monthly revenue is negative, the negative balance will carry forward and be deducted from future earnings.
Example 1: Positive Revenue
• Total Gross Revenue: MYR 21,000
• Member Bonuses: MYR 598
• Transaction Fees: MYR 273
• Royalty Fees: MYR 2,100
• Commission Rate: 40%
Calculation: (MYR 21,000 − 598 − 273 − 2,100) × 40% = MYR 18,029 × 40% = MYR 7,211.60 (Commission Earned)
Example 1: Negative Revenue
• Total Gross Revenue: MYR -21,000
• Member Bonuses: MYR 598
• Transaction Fees: MYR 273
• Commission Rate: 40%
Calculation: (MYR -21,000 − 598 − 273) × 40% = MYR -21,871 × 40% = MYR -8,748.40
This amount is a negative balance and will be carried forward.

Commission Eligibility
Affiliates must refer a minimum number of active players (who wager within the calendar month) to qualify for commissions.
Tier Advancement
• Monthly commission tier is determined by either net win/loss or active player count — whichever is met first.
• To upgrade to a higher tier, both conditions must be fulfilled.
• If only one condition is met, the lower tier will apply the following month.
Negative Revenue Carryover
If referred players generate negative net revenue (e.g., due to high winnings), the loss is carried forward and deducted from future positive revenues until cleared.
Promotional & Operational Deductions
Commissions are calculated after deducting:
• Welcome or signup bonuses
• Transaction processing fees
• Royalty or licensing charges
Product Exclusion – Grand Dragon Lotto (GDL)
Revenue from GDL is excluded from all commission calculations.

2. Commission Calculation
45% commission rate applies only to net revenue (win/loss) generated by qualified FTDs.
Other users or revenue sources do not count toward this rate.
3. Reward Redemption Period
Affiliates must meet the FTD requirement and redeem their reward within one month of joining the affiliate program.
4. Audit Requirement
All FTDs and affiliate activities will undergo internal audit.
Commissions will be credited to the affiliate’s main wallet after the audit is completed.
5. Exclusivity
This campaign cannot be combined with other LB9 affiliate promotions, bonuses, or commission plans.
It is exclusive to qualified participants.
6. Anti-Fraud Policy
Fraud of any kind (e.g., self-referrals, fake accounts, system abuse) will lead to immediate disqualification.
LB9 reserves the right to make all final decisions.
7. Right to Modify or Cancel
