There is no minimum deposit requirement to participate.
Cashback is calculated based on a weekly cycle from Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 (GMT +8).
Cashback will be made available for claim every Monday at 1:00 PM (GMT +8).
Cashback is calculated based on the member’s net loss within the eligible category during the promotion period.
Net Loss is defined as: Total Valid Bets – Total Wins.
Cashback is calculated separately by category and wallet type as follows: Slots are calculated under the Main Wallet, while Casino and Sports are calculated under the Bonus Wallet.
Cashback percentage is determined based on the total net loss tier achieved within the week. The applicable percentage will be applied to the entire net loss amount and not calculated incrementally by tiers.
Members must meet the minimum net loss requirement to qualify: Slots require a minimum net loss of MYR 500, while Casino and Sports each require a minimum net loss of MYR 1,000.
Cashback must be claimed manually via Profile > Rewards > Cashback.
Cashback will only be available for claim after the weekly calculation is completed.
There is no expiry period for claiming cashback once it becomes available.
All cashback rewards are subject to a 1x (one-time) turnover requirement before withdrawal.
Slots cashback is automatically eligible under the Main Wallet and may be enjoyed concurrently with other promotions.
Casino and Sports cashback are available under the Bonus Wallet. To activate the Casino and Sports Cashback campaign, members must deposit and claim the promotion through deposit page. No minimum deposit is required.
Cashback is calculated independently for each category and will not be combined.
Only valid and settled bets will be included in cashback calculation. Void bets, cancelled bets, and refunded transactions may be excluded.
LB9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or revoke cashback in cases of multiple account usage, arbitrage or hedge betting, bonus abuse, or any irregular betting patterns.
